Frey, Dolores Ann (Hamilton)

Age 91 of Jackson passed away Thursday, June 24th at the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a homemaker and adored her family. Dolores was preceded in death by her parents William and Anne (Myron) Hamilton, 3 brothers, Paul, Edward, Ted, and a sister, Sister Aquinata Hamilton, CSJ., her husband Benjamin, daughters Julie Frey-Ineichen, and Karen Smith. She is survived by daughters Kathleen Frey of Florida, Patricia Frey of Jackson, and Lisa (Michael) Wetzel of Pleasant Lake, grandchildren Benjamin, Stephanie, Marcella, Michael, Dean, and Marlee, and 5 great grandchildren.

According to her wishes cremation has taken place. The family will hold a Mass of Christian Burial at St Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church on Wednesday, June 30th at 10am with Father Tim Nelson officiating, followed by interment at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:00am.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church 120 E. Wesley St. Jackson, Michigan or the Jackson Interfaith Shelter 414 S. Blackstone, Jackson, Michigan.
