Of Jackson passed away at Allegiance Health on Monday, April 15, 2013 age 74 years. Survived by her loving husband of 58 years Kenneth and three children; Donald Elston, Brenda Whiteaker and Dale Elston. Four grandchildren and five great grandchildren and two brothers; James (Marge) Schultz and Harold (Marsha) Schultz. Preceded in death by one sister.
Delores was an avid gardener and enjoyed planting flowers and cutting her grass. Mrs. Elston is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where services will be held on Friday at 1:30 PM with interment at Pherdun Cemetery. Pastor Jerry Cox will officiate at the funeral service.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM.
Contributions to the Salvation Army or to St. Jude Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
