Of Jackson passed away under the loving care of his family and the staff at the Sheffield House on Saturday, January 12, 2019 after a long illness, age 43 years. Survived by his father, Paul G. Rand III (significant other Tonia Taylor), brother Chris, several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceded in death by his mother Bernadine "Bunny" Rand and his brother Paul G. Rand IV. David was a former student at the Lyle A. Torrant Center. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 12:00 Noon. Father James Shaver will officiate at the Funeral Mass. A private burial will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Church on Friday from 11:00 AM until the time of the Funeral Mass.

Instead of flowers contributions to the Lyle A. Torrant Center would be appreciated.
