Neelis, David Gene
Born December 31, 1961, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2015. Survived by one son, Anthony James Neelis (Isabel Ecilio); one daughter, Emlie Jean Neelis; one grandson, Aiden James Neelis; one granddaugther, Ariana Ortiz; father, Robert Lee Neelis; mother, Norma Jean Neelis; brother, James Lee Neelis (Carol Hunt); uncle, Leonard (Sarah) Carey; and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa Neelis and brother, Robert Edward Neelis.
David enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Monday, August 10 at 5:00 PM with Fr. Robert Pienta officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, August 10 from 3-5 PM.
Contributions to the United Way of Jackson would be appreciated.
