The family would like to express deep appreciation to Dr. Randy Bell, Sheri Rodgers, PA. and their staff, Henry Ford Hospital of Jackson and the many doctors and nurses there who had Dave under their care and the specialist that followed his care. Special thanks to Summit Park Assisted Living.

Dave spent the last few weeks of his life at Henry Ford Hospice Home of Jackson. The family cannot express enough the gratitude that is felt for the entire staff there. It is a place of peace and where the most compassionate Angels on Earth work. Thank you for making his very brave decision, a decision that was respected with such comfort and compassion. We will never forget all of you and the comfort that you not only brought to him, but to his family.

Thank you to all of our exceptional family, friends and neighbors for supporting us with all of your thoughts, prayers, cards, food and visits. You were with him until he made his last journey. Dave had a blessed life and will remain in our hearts forever.
