Weed, Daniel Joseph

of Jackson, born on December 9, 1954 and passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at the age of 60 years. He was the son of Richard and Nancy Weed and was preceded in death by his father. Daniel is survived by his mother, Nancy; brothers, Richard (Denise) and Philip (Tonia); nieces, Alison & Jessica Weed and nephew, Jason Burnap. He is also survived by aunt & uncle, Robert and Dorothy Harr; aunts, Elaine Januszka, Patricia Weed and Barbara Weed. Dan graduated from Lumen Christi High School in 1973 and Lansing Community College.

Daniel is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be held on Friday, July 31 at 10:00 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church at 10:30 AM. Father John Whitlock will be the celebrant at the Mass. Interment will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Thursday, July 30 from 4–8 PM with a Rosary Service at 7:00 PM.

The family would like to thank Mike Beach and Jim Bullinger for their lifelong friendship and would also like to thank the entire staff at Allegiance Hospice Home "The Angels", Fr. John Whitlock and Sister Barb Quincy.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Luke's Clinic, St. Vincent dePaul–Queens Conference or the Allegiance Hospice Home.
