Lounsbery, Daniel M.

of South Bend, Indiana, passed away on Friday, February 1, 2013 at the age of 57 years. He is survived by his parents, Jack and Evelyn (Keyes) Lounsbery of Kalamazoo; one sister, Denise (Wayne) Sharp of Nashville, TN; one brother, Dean (Lisa) Lounsbery of Kalamazoo; three nephews, Dean Lounsbery Jr., James and Nathan Sharp; one niece, Stephanie Lounsbery; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Daniel was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria and his brother, Douglas Lounsbery.

Daniel worked in the truck parts industry for many years, was an avid lover of sports and animals and supported animal rescue efforts.

Mr. Lounsbery is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 11:00 AM. Reverend Father James Shaver will be the celebrant at the Mass. Interment will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. A Rosary Service will be held on Tuesday at 6:00 PM.
