Eder, Daniel A.

of Jackson, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at the age of 66 years. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Kati; one son, Samuel (Lauren) Eder; two beautiful granddaughters, Payton and Parker "Cheeky"; mother, Doylene Eder; mother-in-law, Joanne McCrum; siblings, James Eder, Teresa (Burt) Richardson, Mary Ann Eder, Shelia Eder, and Steve (Sue) Eder; nieces and nephews, Clayton (Corrie) Richardson, Kent Richardson, Scott Eder and Sydney Eder; several brothers-in-laws, nieces and nephews, the Lusty cousins, and many lifelong friends. He was preceded in death by his father, George Eder.

Dan was a loyal and dedicated officer manager for Home Town Chrysler for 30 years. He was a long time member of the YMCA. Dan enjoyed Sunday cookouts with his family and was devoted to them all.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church with Reverend Richard Eberle, O.S.F.S. officiating. The Funeral Mass will be live streamed on St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church's Facebook page. Cremation will follow the Funeral Mass.

The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM.

Instead of sending flowers, contributions to Jackson Area Catholic Schools, Jackson Family Services, or the Jackson Y Center would be appreciated.
