Rev. Dale E Lennon went peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior Monday, September 22, 2014. He was born in Charlotte, Michigan on May 25, 1940. He was preceded in death by wife Patricia, brother George, sister-in-law Midge, sister Donna, brother-in-law Henry Cruz, sister-in-law Tammy.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, two sons, Todd (Winona), Brett (Becky), stepsons, Michael Hernandez (Cathy); Chris Hernandez (Julia); BJ Hernandez; stepdaughter Camille Sandoval (Danny); brother Rex, sister Lynn Peasley (Bill), grandchildren James, Ian, Noah, Kendra, Amy, Chloe, Tara; step grandchildren Michael, Vanessa, Anthony, Bianka, Zoe, Shanice, Jasmin, Noah, Nehemiah, Emily, and several nieces and nephews.

Rev. Lennon's life was dedicated to the ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He received his formal education from Grand Rapids School of Bible and Music and Master of Sacred Literature from Trinity Theological Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana. He served as missionary pastor at Faith Bible Church in Vernon, Michigan; Beacon Bible Church in Perrington, Michigan; Christian Fellowship Church in Brown City, Michigan, Riverside Bible Church in Ramsey, Michigan, Community Bible Church in Douglas, Wyoming, and Berean Baptist Church in Santa Fe, NM. He also served as General Director at Moffat Bible College in Kijabe, Kenya.

Services will be held at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Interment services will be held at the Maplewood Cemetery in Reading Michigan at 2:30 PM.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6 to 8PM and on Saturday from 10AM until the service at 11AM

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made in Dale's name to Alzheimer's Association.
