Passed away peacefully on Friday, July 21, 2023, surrounded by family. Sonny was born April 2nd, 1937, to Clarence Sr and Eleanor (Wysocki). He is preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Barbara Cross, Rosie Dake, Clara Patterson, and Jeanette Hall. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Annabelle Schweda, brother Ed Schweda (Diane), children Bradley Schweda (Kelly), Sally Schweda-Kennedy (Darrien), Kelly Schweda-Foote (Jim), Fred Schweda (Laurie), Andreé Schweda (Mike), several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Sonny served in the US Army in Germany. He retired from Goodyear after 30 years then painted with his brother. He enjoyed street rods, Nascar and visiting with his family. According to his wishes cremation has taken place.

A memorial to honor his life will be held at American Legion Post 315, 211 Chicago St Brooklyn MI on Friday, August 4th at 4:00 pm.
