Of Houghton Lake, formerly of Jackson, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2019 age 78 years. Survived by her husband of 46 years Bob, son Michael Konopka, daughter Karen Blair, four grandchildren; Noah, Chelsea, Katlyn and Randy "RJ", two great grandchildren, two sisters Marcia (Charles) and Susan (Harry), two brothers Jack and Jake, several nieces and nephews. Clara retired from Kelsey-Hayes after 25 years of service. She and Bob retired to Houghton Lake where they enjoyed lake living. A celebration of Clara's life will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Desnoyer Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Roseland Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.
