Deneka, Christopher Michael

Passed away on Friday, February 15, 2019 after a difficult battle with liver failure at Henry Ford Allegiance Health Hospital. Chris was born on December 27, 1973 in Lansing, and he was born to Stanley and Linda Deneka January 24, 1974. He attended Northwest High School, where he was very active in Vocal Dimension. He loved computers and went on to college to be an engineer for the computer world.

Chris is preceded in death by his father, Stanley Deneka, and survived by his mom Linda; 2 children, Kiernan Stanley and Kaileigh Diane Deneka; 1 sister, Diane Cary; nephews, Gabriel and Alex Cary; his cousin Rob Clemens; and friend/brother Chad Linabury.

At his request, Chris has been cremated. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, February 28 at the Desnoyer Funeral Home at 11:00 AM with Reverend Edward Ross officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, before the service, from 10:00–11:00 AM.
