Loving mother of five, passed away on Monday, June 3, 2019 at the age of 78 years. She was born on September 23, 1940 to Frank and Catherine (Treciak) Ludwig. Christine was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, David; her parents, Frank and Catherine; her brother, Dennis; and daughter-in-law, Janice. She is survived by her sons Donald, Scott (Cary), Mark (Cindy), David (Connie) and Timothy (Jeanine); ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one brother, Frank (Louise) Ludwig; sister-in-law, Bonnie Ludwig; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Christine was an active member of St. John's Catholic Church. She enjoyed traveling and living in many different areas of the country during her husband's career. Her true love was her family, friends, and faith. Christine enjoyed attending her children and grandchildren's numerous activities.

Visitation will be on Thursday, June 6, 2019 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM with a Rosary at 6:00 PM at the Desnoyer Funeral Home, 204 North Blackstone, Jackson Michigan. A brief prayer service will begin at 11:30 AM on Friday, June 7 at the funeral home followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 12:00 Noon with Fr. James Shaver officiating. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. John's Catholic Church or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
