DONAHUE, CHARLES MICHAEL
of Jackson, passed away on Friday, December 30, 2011at the age of 72. He was preceded in death by his son, Kevin and his parents, William and Margaret Donahue. Charles is survived by his son, Michael Donahue; his brother, William (Carole) Donahue; his sister Louise (Harold) White; his grandchildren, Ryan, Elise, and Cara Donahue. Charlie was a Veteran and served as a Second Class Petty Officer in the United States Navy. He graduated with Bachelors and Masters degrees from Michigan State University and was a retired school teacher from Jackson Public Schools after 20 years of service.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM at the Desnoyer Funeral Home with Father Mathias Thelen officiating. Interment will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.Desnoyer Funeral Home--Family owned for 122 years
