of Horton passed away Sunday, January 5, 2014. Survived by his wife of 65 years, Norma; four children, Christine (Edmond) Farhat, Anthony, Martin (Mary), and Amy Kennedy; grandchildren, Ken (Sue) Williams, Sean Williams, Jason Williams, Keanon, and Kailey Kelley; two great-grandchildren, Reid and Lacey Williams. Charles was born on October 17, 1925 in Jackson, Michigan to Andrew and Julia Kelley. He graduated from St. John's High School in 1943. He was a Veteran of World War II with the United States Army Air Corp. in the China, Burma, India Theater 10th Army Air Force Bomber Group. He graduated from Stoner School of Banking at Rutgers University in 1961. He was employed by City Bank and Trust Company for 41 years, retiring as Vice President in 1989.

Mr. Kelley is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where services will be held Friday, January 10 at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Fr. Robert Pienta officiating. A private burial will be held at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to Lumen Christi High School or the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated.
