Trombley (Bazinet), Charlene Ann
Passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021 after a lengthy illness under the care of Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Trombley; parents, Charles Bazinet and Delores Bazinet; sister, Carol Bazinet; mother and father-in-law, Martin and Barbara Trombley; special sister-in-law and best friend, Janet Clevenger; and her nephew, Mark Clevenger.
She is survived by her brother Scott Bazinet, nieces Hayley Bazinet, Kelley (Anthony) Popkowski, neice Teriko Clevenger, sister-in-law Terry and Leonard Klausing, nieces Kristy Kenton, niece Lisa (Mike) Fritz, niece Michelle and Aaron Kozegei, sister-in-law Gale and Al Smith and her children Josh and Shannon Pettry, Brother-n-Law Timothy Trombley, nephews Ryan, Charlie and (Karysa), niece Emily, nephew Evan, David (Laura) Trombley, nephew Kory, niece Rebekah, nephew Michael, and nephew Brett and numerous great nieces, nephews, and cousins, and dear friend Carol Moore.
After graduating from East Jackson High School, she worked in the Trust Department of City Bank. After leaving City Bank she took loving care of her relatives both young and old. She loved animals, especially her beloved pets, books, collecting stamps, was an excellent cook and had a green thumb too. Her doors were always open to anyone needing food and shelter. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her family and friends.
According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her Charlene's life will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1505 W. Michigan Ave followed by a luncheon.
The family will receive friends at the Church on Saturday from 2:00 to to 3:00 PM
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church's Food Pantry or Cascades Humane Society.
