Juszczyk (Chmielewski), Catherine P.
of Jackson, passed away on Monday, February 15, 2016 under the loving care of her family, staff of Arbor North Living Center, and Great Lakes Hospice at the age of 96 years. Survived by her three children, Charlene (Stuart) Edleson, Jan Blarsky, and Darcy (Bernard) Osterberg; grandchildren, Joseph (Megan) Bumpus, Julie Blarsky, Chris Blarsky, and Natalie (Justin) Conlee; great grandchildren, Morgan, Kalyn, Stone Xavier Bumpus, and Kylee Conlee; special nieces and nephew, Marcia Lincoln, Kathleen Steigerwald, Carolyn Hinton and Dale Hinton. Preceded in death by her husband, Xavier John and son, John Xavier.
She was a longtime member of St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church where a Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 23 at 10:00 AM with Fr. Tim Nelson officiating.
Instead of sending flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church.
