Chappel, Carmeline
Of Jackson, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years; Jerald. Cherished mother of Mike (Beth) Chappel, Linda (Dan) Corn and Kathy (Kevin) Faragher. Beloved grandmother of Sean, Ericka, Rebecca, Andrew, Rachel, Sydney and Allison. Dear sister of Patty (Russ) Melville.
She was employed for 35 years by Security Savings (Flagstar) Bank. She enjoyed craft shows but especially enjoyed and loved her grandchildren.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church on Saturday at 10:30 AM with Father Tim MacDonald officiating. Private interment St. John's Cemetery.
Contributions to the Alzheimer Association or to Queen's Church would be appreciated.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM with a Vigil Service at 7 PM. The family will also receive friends at the Church on Saturday from 10 to 10:30 AM.
