Beltran, Carlos J.

of Jackson, passed away under the loving care of his family on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at the age of 68 years. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Debbie; son, Derek (Charlene); daughter, Leah Beltran; grandchildren, Carmyne and Taelor; siblings, Linda (David) Garcia, Tony (Shanea) Beltran, Rosie (Randy) Stiles, Ramon (Tressa) Beltran, Joey Beltran, and Carmen Beltran; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Betty.

Carlos retired as Superintendent at the Jackson County Road Commission after 30 years. He was an avid racer and car enthusiast.  Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 2:00-4:00 PM and from 6:00-8:00 PM.
