Stone, Carl Dean

of Jackson, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 20, 2017 at the age of 79 years. Survived by his wife of 52 years, Nancy; 3 children, Becky (Steve) Bancroft, Mike (Sherri) Stone, and Kathy Stone; 8 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; 1 brother, Jim (Catherine) Stone; sister-in-law, Carol; and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his brothers, Clifford and Harold and sister, Midge.

Carl retired from Clark Equipment after 31 years of service. He enjoyed woodworking, working outdoors on his lawn, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.

Mr. Stone is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a prayer service will be held on Wednesday, January 25 at 12:30 PM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church at 1:00 PM with Fr. Richard Eberle, O.S.F.S. officiating. Interment will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 25 from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM.
