Cummings, Bonnie Jean

of Jackson, passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018 at the age of 77 years. She is survived by her daughters, Christina (Steven) Williams, Cynthia (Chris) Hils; grandchildren, Stephanie, Matthew, Michael and Robert Williams, Miette, Maverick, and Maddox Hils; brothers, Robert (Donna) Pence, Leland Bertrand, Jay (Rebekah) Bertrand; several nieces and nephews, including special nephew Robert and niece Amanda. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Jean Pence; daughter, Candice Cummings; and special aunts, Sophie Smith and Virginia (Walter) Danilowicz.

Bonnie was a Registered Nurse in the Jackson area for many years and worked for Dr. Larry Jennings, also at the Jackson County Health Department and was a Home Health Nurse for many years.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, September 28 at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church at 10:30 AM with Father Timothy MacDonald as the Celebrant.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Thursday, September 27 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and at Queen's Church on Friday, before the Mass, from 10:00 to 10:30 AM.
