Klimmer, Beverly J.

Of Jackson, formerly of Prudenville, passed away at the Jackson County Medical Care Facility on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at the age of 85 years. She is survived by two sons; Richard (Sue) Klimmer and Ronald Klimmer, three grandchildren; Taryn (Derek) Flint, Michael (Jill) Klimmer and Ashley (Nick) Peterson, five great grandchildren; Ashlyn, Abrie and Clayton Flint, Jayda Klimmer and Lily Peterson. Beverly was born in Battle Creek Michigan on September 27, 1928 to Everett and Celia (Klein) Ashley who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 48 years Harold F. Klimmer and her brother Robert Ashley. She lived in Jackson until moving to Prudenville in 1992.

Mrs. Klimmer is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at 9:30 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. John's Catholic Cemetery. Father Richard Eberle, O.S.F.S. will officiate at the Funeral Mass.

In lieu of flowers contributions to the Alzheimers Association would be appreciated.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 4 to 8 PM.
