Sullivan, Betty Jean

of Jackson, passed away under the loving care of her family and the staff at the Bethany Home on Friday, November 25, 2016 at the age of 91 years. She is survived by five children, Kathleen (Ron) Wood, Kip (Nora Lee) Sullivan, Theresa (Eric) Fuller, Christopher Sullivan and Deborah Gaddy; 10 grandchildren; numerous great and great great grandchildren; sister, Linda (John) Dorobek; brother, Tom Harbottle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo and four children, Michael, Phillip, Timothy and Mary Beth Sullivan; two brothers, Bob and John Harbottle.

Betty was a member of St. Mary Altar Society. She was an avid bowler, golfer and gambler. Betty enjoyed knitting, sewing and was a Spartan fan but she was especially devoted to her family and friends.

Mrs. Sullivan is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a prayer service will be held on Wednesday, November 30th at 9:30 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. John's Catholic Cemetery. Father Tim Nelson will officiate at the Funeral Mass.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM with a Vigil Service at 7 PM.

Instead of flowers contributions to the Bethany Home or the Greenleaf Care Home for the love and care they provided to our mother.
