STELLINGWORTH, BARBARA JEAN
Of Jackson passed away Monday, December 12, 2011 under the wonderful loving care of the staff at the Jackson County Medical Care Facility age 84 years. Survived by five children; Karen Cross, Kevin Stellingworth, Sharon Harshberger, Georgia (Richard) Stressman and Dana (Christi) Stellingworth. Like a daughter, Dr. Sharon Harshe. 10 grandchildren; Micah, Priscilla, Davina, Loren, Blaine, Brett, Mark, Molly, Keenan and Kyle. 7 great grandchildren. Sister Rachel (Keith) Tingay, Sister-in- law Jean Stellingworth, brother-in-law Huey (Marie) Stellingworth, numerous nieces and nephews and special family friend Michelle Bullinger. Preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Michael J. and son Mark. She had a great love for animals and worked in the Veterinary field. Her greatest gift in life was her family, especially her grandchildren.
Mrs. Stellingworth is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM with Father Tim Nelson officiating. Private interment St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
Contributions to Junior Diabetes Research or to the Cascades Humane Society would be appreciated.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 9:30 to 11:00 AM.
