Donnelly, Barbara Irene

Age 93, left her earthly home on December 3, 2019. Preceded in death by her husband James, her parents John and Blanche McGarry, brothers Jack and Don, sisters Virginia, Blanche, Madeline, and Dorothy. She is survived by children Mary Ann, James (Nancy), Robert (Karen), Lynn (Robert), and John (Rita). Also 14 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

She was born and raised in Grand Rapids, moving to Jackson in 1954, becoming an active member of Queens parish and several organizations. Her faith, family and friends were the loves of her life. She enjoyed traveling and never missed an opportunity to celebrate any type of event with family and friends.

According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church with Fr. John Whitlock officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Church on Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
