Audrey K. Mizner (Risner)

Passed away peacefully Thursday, July 6, 2023 at the age of 75.

Audrey was born on June 23, 1948 in Jackson, Michigan to Robert and Edna (Sisk) Risner.

Audrey spent her entire life in Jackson where she enjoyed dancing, bowling, gardening and school activities with her beloved grandchildren. In her younger years Audrey was a competitive artistic roller skater as well as an accomplished tap and jazz dancer.  But she is best known for her kind heart, generous spirit and love for anyone in need.  She was the first person to ask, "what can I do to help?"

She is survived by her husband of 54 years Robert J. Mizner, children Kimberly (Dennis) Webb & Robert (Paige) Mizner II.  Audrey was also a devoted grandmother to her 4 grandchildren Collin Mizner, Michael Mizner, Ashlynne Potts and Sean Webb. Sister Linda (Steve) Tucker, Sandy Shaw and brother Robert (Susan) Risner. Along with several nieces and nephews.

Audrey was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Edna Risner and sister Sharon Roberts.

A special thank you to Jackson County Medical Care Facility and their wonderful staff for the love and care they provided Audrey.  I imagine they will always remember her smile, gratitude and daily response, "You don't have to do that Bob will be here soon."

A heartfelt thank you from our family to her sister Linda for all the support and loving care she provided over the years.

Cremation has already taken place and a celebration of life will be planned for a later date.
