Kasprzycki (Dodd), Audrey Lou
Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Sister passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2017. She was born to Leo and Cleda Dodd in Jackson, Michigan on October 29, 1933. She was a loving wife and mother. Audrey was a faithful Catholic.
She was an exceptionally loving and forgiving person, loved by many. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were her joy. She made everyone feel as if they were her favorite. She is now rejoined in heaven with her husband and mother, whom she missed everyday.
She was preceded in death by her husband Garred Edwin Kasprzycki, her parents, Leo and Cleda Dodd, and some of her siblings. Surviving are her children LouAnn Kasprzycki, Sherie (Doug) Carlson, Mary (George) Vaughn, Garred (Shelly) Kasprzycki, and Philip (Nicole) Kasprzycki, and one grandson she raised as her own son, Edward M. Thayer; 13 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren; sister Shirley Rutkowski, and brother Robert Dodd.
According to her wishes, cremation has taken place.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 13 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Oratory, 707 North Waterloo Street, Jackson with Fr. Robert Pienta officiating.
The family will receive friends at the church from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Saturday.
