Kleinert, Arlene J.

Passed away Sunday, April 9, 2023 at the age of 98. She is survived by two sons, Terry (Mary) Kleinert of Grand Rapids and Craig Kleinert of Jackson; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert A. Kleinert; one son, Brian T. Kleinert; and one brother, Robert E. Babineau.

Arlene was a devote member of the Jackson Seventh-day Adventist Church her entire life. She graduated from Jackson High in 1944, and at 50 years of age went back to school, and became an LPN. She retired from Jackson Osteopathic Hospital after many years of service. Arlene enjoyed reading, travel, and being with family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her, including JCMCF roommate and friend for many years, Wanda Worthington.

The family would like to thank Craig for being his mother's primary caregiver for several years, and the staff at the Jackson County Medical Care Facility for their excellent care given to Mrs Kleinert.

According to her wishes, she has been cremated and there will be no visitation or funeral service.
