Antoinette "Toni" M. Dent

Antoinette "Toni" M. Dent age 62, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022 at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital. She was born on September 29, 1960 in Detroit to Mary Ann Paluski and Leonard Walkiewicz, who both preceded her in death. She was a 1978 graduate of Clare High School in Clare, Michigan.

She was married for 43 years to David Dent, having united on August 18, 1979. She worked for Family Services and Children's Aid in Jackson, Michigan for 17 years with many wonderful co-workers and clients.

Toni loved her family, especially spending time with her three grandchildren. She also loved dogs throughout her life, and will be missed by her surviving sweet Jilly.

She is survived by her husband, David; their two children, Angela (Jason) Hyatt of Edinburgh, Indiana and their son, Daedric; David Jr. (Andrea) Dent of Bay City, Michigan and their children, David III and Adelyn. A third child, Abbigail, preceded her in death in 1998. She is also survived by her older brother, Kenneth Walkiewicz, a younger sister, Charlotte (Tim) Anderson, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

According to her wishes, cremation has taken place.

A time for remembrance will held at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Thursday, November 17, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM for friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Family Services and Children's Aid in Jackson, Michigan.
