Wurmlinger, Anthony "Tony"
It is with great sorrow to share that Anthony "Tony" Wurmlinger passed away on October 3, 2023. He was born on his family's farm to loving parents. After graduating salutatorian from high school, he went on to earn bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and Michigan State University

He met the love of his life Carol at the wedding of mutual friends. Carol and Tony were married soon after and went on to start a family being blessed with three children, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Tony liked to play and watch all sports, especially softball. He was instrumental in establishing a girl's summer softball league and coached several teams. After retiring, Tony loved being a snowbird so he could enjoy his passion for playing softball year-round. He was also a big fan of the Detroit Tigers and the University of Michigan sports teams.
