Harsh, Anthony Thomas "Tony"

Of Lake Somerset, Michigan passed away December 30, 2015, aged 78 years. Survived by his wife of 51 years, Helen, children, Laura Harsch of Rancho Santa Margarita, California, Anthony Harsch Jr of West Lafayette, Indiana and Edward (Darcy) Harsch of Lake Somerset, Michigan, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Sisters, Shirley (Ken) Shafley, Jean (Justin) Perticone and brother, Jim Harsch. He was preceded in death by his brother David Harsch.

Tony retired from A&P Tea Company after 40 years. He was a member of the National Guard. Tony loved playing golf and taking long pontoon rides around Lake Somerset. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren playing games and making fudge. For Tony & Helen's 50th wedding anniversary, the entire family celebrated with a vacation to the Smokey Mountains. He enjoyed traveling and visited Europe, China, Caribbean and many places in the United States. Tony loved spending winters in Sarasota, Florida. His family will greatly miss him.

According to his wishes Tony has been cremated. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 11:00 AM at St. Rita Catholic Church, Clarklake. Father Thomas Helfrich, O.S.F.S. will officiate at the Funeral Mass.

The family will receive friends at the Church on Saturday from 10 to 11:00 AM.
