Donnelly, Annette Marie
Of Jackson, passed away surrounded by family on November 7, 2024 at the age of 66. Annette was born on February 24, 1958 in Jackson, Michigan to the late John Wojtusik and Victoria (Best) Wojtusik and was the youngest of their five daughters. She lived a beautiful life of faith, love and hard work.
Annette was a proud alumni of Lumen Christi High School Class of 1976. In high school, Annette met the love of her life, Tom. They dated for over ten years before officially getting married in 1986. A few short years after graduating, Annette went on to work for Doctor's Hospital for over twenty years. At the time of her passing, Annette was a dedicated employee working for Michigan Workforce Development Institute. She was eagerly looking forward to her future retirement and being able to spend more time with her beloved grandkids and family.
Annette was an exceptional woman which made her an amazing wife, mother, Babcia/Chi Chi, sister, aunt and friend. Her vibrant personality brightened the lives of those who knew her. We are so thankful for the amount of time we were able to experience her love. Family was her priority and her love for everyone was unconditional. She was dedicated to supporting all of her grandsons for their sporting events and school functions. She has also cherished every moment getting to know her newest great granddaughter, Saylor. Annette was very proud of her Polish heritage and loved to Polka. You could find her in the middle of the dance floor at any Polish Festival in town.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her mother in law, June Ryder; sister, Marcia Walicki; two aunts, Jean Best and Sr. Mary Vincentine; and niece, Tracy Walicki.
Annette is survived by her devoted husband, Thomas Donnelly, married for 38 years and together for more than 50 years; loving daughter, Courtney (Matt) Robbins; nephew, Andre (Danielle) Wojtusik; grandsons, Mason (Makayla) Wojtusik, Owen Wojtusik, Coltyn Wojtusik and Bennett Robbins; great granddaughter, Saylor Wojtusik; sisters, Linda (Ken) Pangborn, Vicki (David) Eberhard, and Marianne Wojtusik; brother in law, Joe Walicki; sister in law, Sheryl (Tony) Owens; brother in law, Bob Donnelly; and several cherished nieces and nephews.
I love you. I'll see you later, it's never a goodbye.
