KOSINSKI, ANNA R. —
Age 97 of Jackson passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 under the loving care of the Bethany Home. Anna was born in Jackson on September 30, 1912 to Paul and Lucy Best. She married Clarence J. Kosinski on October 10,1936. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence; her son, Michael J. Kosinski; brother, Joseph Best; and sisters, Stella (Chester) Chmielewski, Bernice (Thad) Tomasik, Lucy Best, and Sister Mary Crescenta. Survived by her children, Clarence (Irene) Kosinski, Richard Kosinski, and Janet Wrozek; grandchildren, Stephen, Kristina, Mary, Patricia, Brian, Kevin, Kelly, and Bradey; and 16 great-grandchildren. Anna was a lifetime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and was active in the Mothers Club and The Rosary Society. She enjoyed arts and crafts, growing flowers, and baking bread. She will be fondly remembered for her devotion and love to her family, always remembering their birthdays. Her favorite passions were playing Bingo, shopping, and baking. During her youth Anna worked for Foote Hospital, Gilberts Restaurant (downtown), and Sparks Worthington and later was employed at Arbor Hills Country Club. Mrs Kosinski is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home were a brief Prayer Service will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Mass of the Christian Burial at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m., the Reverend Robert Pienta will be the celebrant. Private interment at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday 4 to 8 p.m., Rosary Society Rosary will be held at 4:30 p.m., Parish Rosary 6:30 p.m.
