Pahl, Ann Marie

of Jackson, passed away at home on Monday, June 17, 2019 at the age of 84 while under the care of Great Lakes Caring Hospice. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Fred Pahl; son-in-law, Bill Pannell; and brother John Hufnagel. She is survived by her four daughters, René Pannell, Diane Dingmon (Cliff), Jennifer Williams (Chuck), and Amy Pahl-Nebelung; grandchildren, Amber (Chad), Andy, Josh (Dani), Dustin, Zak (Hannah), Travis, Annabelle (Dylan); three great-grandchildren, Adam, Amaya, and Aiden.

Ann was born to Roman and Dolores (Droste) Hufnagel in St. Johns, Michigan on November 7, 1934. She retired from Northwest School System. Ann touched the hearts of many and will be greatly missed.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 11:30 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 711 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Jackson, 49201 with Fr. Robert Pienta officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Church on Friday from 10:30 to 11:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
