Ann "Andzia" Carol Wiszynski (Dzien), born on March 4th, 1944 (age 82) of Jackson, Michigan passed peacefully in her own bed on the night of April 26, 2026.
She was a self employed domestic engineer for over 40 years to many of Jackson's finest and was a proud grandmother to 10 amazing people. Her hobbies of present and past included bowling, golf, puzzles, euchre, and bingo with her Polish Legion friends/family. She was a woman of faith and a long standing part of Our Lady of Fatima's congregation.
Ann is survived by her husband Tadeusz "Ted" Wiszynski; sons, Denis (Lindsey) and Jeffrey (Missy) Thomas; sister, Mary Taylor; brother-in-law, George Austin; great aunt, Joan Donnelly (Cielen); and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Kevin P. Thomas; brother, Dennis Dzien; sisters, Patricia Taylor and Diane Austin; mother, Mary H. Dzien (Cielen); and father, Michael Dzien.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 11:30 AM at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church with Reverend Dr. Amalorpavanathan Rayapillai, SdC officiating. A private interment will be held at Lincoln-Pomeroy Cemetery in Tompkins Township.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Friday, May 1 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM with a Rosary Service at 7:00 PM. The family will also receive friends at the Church on Saturday from 11:00 to 11:30 AM.
