Spitler, Alice Jean
of Jackson, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2016 at the age of 89 years. Alice was married to her husband Joe for sixty five years who preceded her in death along with her grandson Patrick and brothers Charles Jr. and Donald. She is survived by four sons, Mark, Shawn, Brian (Ellen), Colin, her grandson Riley, sister in law Eleanor Cooley and numerous nieces and nephews. Alice retired from Gantos and Jacobson's clothing stores. She was a member of the D.A.R. and sang for several years in the Vista Grande Villa Choir.
According to her wishes, Alice has been cremated. There will be no visitation or funeral service.
The family would like to thank the staff at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital and Carelink of Jackson for the wonderful care they provided.
