Fiero (Risheill), Aileene Marie

Passed away on Monday, February 20, 2017. Aileene was born on June 9, 1920 to William A. And Stella L. (Borton) Risheill. She grew up with an older brother, Clare and graduated from high school in 1938. Aileene married Joseph A. Fiero on October 10, 1942 at St. John Church. They raised their children in their homes on West Avenue and Griswold Street. Aileene joined the Catholic Church in 1950 and was a member of Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church the rest of her life. She especially enjoyed gatherings with friends for dancing, bridge, and cookouts as well as all kinds of family activities.

Joe died in 1999. Aileene moved to Vista Grande Villa in 2006 where she lived the rest of her life. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Clarence Risheill; infant son, Billy Fiero; and very recently by her best friend and companion, F. Harold Matthews.

She will be greatly missed by her children, Sandra Zajdel, Joyce Schmucker (Chad), Filip Fiero (Diane), and Joan Lenkerd (Frank); as well as her 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Many thanks to the staff at Vista Health Center.
